The emerging solutions market for Project Portfolio Management (PPM) offers companies multiple options: some may prove invaluable; others may actually increase hard costs and exacerbate exposure. Establishing a comprehensive strategy and the subsequent design and implementation of the infrastructure that supports it – is an extremely complex initiative. Our world of PPM is fundamentally an extended conversation with our colleagues, and vendors. Whether your challenge is to select a PPM Tool, implement measurable processes, or improve talent acquisition and retention, your success will require the help and guidance of others.

How we do it

We believe companies striving to keep their competitive advantage must have the necessary leadership – tools – and measurable processes in place to drive results from their PPM organizations. To that end, we created Project Portfolio Management Professionals (PPMP), a professional association dedicated to advancing the knowledge, networking, and leadership of leaders in Enterprise Project Portfolio Management.

PPM Professional Chapters serve as knowledge frameworks for companies who desire to improve the way they plan, acquire, develop, engage, manage and measure their Project Portfolio. The Association provides peer to peer collaboration opportunities through Chapter meetings, on-line forums, and expands knowledge by way of guest speakers and Chapter subject matter experts.
