Please select your project and portfolio management experience level The Introductory level is 0 – 3 years of relevant experience in project and portfolio management environment. For example, processes, standards, and software for the majority of the project, program and portfolio management practices. This may include: - Supervision of PMO and/or Portfolio Management organization, group or unit - Resource allocation and demand management - Governance - Investment disciplines - Tools, methods, and organizational applicability The Intermediate level is 4- 7 years of relevant experience in project and portfolio management environment. For example, processes, standards, and software for the majority of the project, program and portfolio management practices. This may include: - Managing a PMO and/or Portfolio Management organization, group, or unit - Resource allocation and demand management - Governance - Investment disciplines - Tools, methods, and organizational applicability - Strategic Planning The Advanced level is 8-10 years of relevant experience in project and portfolio management, which may include: - Directing a PMO and/or Portfolio Management organization, group, or unit - Resource allocation and demand management - Governance - Investment disciplines - Tools, methods, and organizational applicability - Enterprise-wide and/or Integrated Strategic Planning - Industry contributor (speaker, author, mentor, etc.) The Executive level is 10+ years of relevant experience in project and portfolio management, which may include: - Executive responsibility of project and portfolio management organization, disciplines, process and practices - Enterprise-wide and/or Integrated Strategic Planning - Industry contributor (speaker, author, mentor, etc.)
